Do you know your cancer risk? Now there’s an easy way to find out what might be affecting your personal cancer risk—and what steps you can take to lower it.
The American Cancer Society’s CancerRisk360 is a free online assessment available to anyone 18 or older, regardless of your history of cancer. It shows how lifestyle factors like tobacco use, diet, physical activity, body weight, HPV vaccination, and sun protection influence your risk.
The tool also considers factors beyond your control, such as age and family history, and highlights the importance of staying up to date with recommended cancer screenings.
